Ed Westcott, Army Corps of Engineers photographer, 1945.  This photograph is courtesy Oak Ridge National Laboratories (ORNL), as are the two additional photographs below.  (They are both of Westcott in his photography laboratory at the Clinton Engineer Works in 1945; the first was taken on May 4, 1945.)  All three photographs were provided to ORNL by the Department of Energy.
