The Program Activity by Location System is a database application that is used to collect budget estimates by contractor, laboratory, city, state, and congressional district. Input is received from all Headquarters Program Offices, the Departmental Administration Staff Offices, and the Power Marketing Administrations as many as 3 times per year. Data is sometimes requested during the Corporate Review Budget cycle, almost always during the OMB cycle, and always during the Congressional Budget cycle. A Laboratory Table and State Table are produced annually for Congress.
