The Consent Order Tracking System (COTS) is an application that serves as the repository for receipt, disbursement, investment income distribution, and transfer data related to nearly 1000 consent orders issued by the Department to Alleged Violators of DOE Regulations in the late 1970s and early 1980s. The database includes payment schedules and collection dates for each consent order. Monthly reports are generated from the system and are forwarded to the Department's Office of Hearings and Appeals and other individuals.
