Energy Finance & Accounting Service Center Mission

The mission of the Energy Finance and Accounting Service Center (EFASC) located in Germantown, MD, provides Department-wide financial and support services related to general accounting, intra-governmental and inter-entity payments, billings and collections, investments, property, payroll, travel, financial systems, financial reporting, and month-end and year-end closings.
