Historical Congressional Base Tables
The Base Table displays, by appropriation, budgetary resources available for obligation by the Department of Energy, and maintains individual obligation control levels within each appropriation. These obligation control levels reflect the amount of funds available for each program, project or activity as intended by Congress. The Base Table is released quarterly, and provides a record of approved changes to obligation control levels.
